At Trinity Lutheran Church, children and families are at the heart of our community, and we strive to create a welcoming, supportive environment where every generation can grow in faith together. Children are always welcome in worship, and we offer activity bulletins to help keep little ones engaged during services, along with a comfortable family lounge for moments when a quieter space is helpful. We also offer Faith Formation classes at both locations, to help your child grow in the Lutheran faith. Beyond Sunday mornings, Trinity is proud to offer a nurturing preschool program that provides a strong foundation for learning, faith, and friendships, as well as a variety of family-focused ministries, events, and service opportunities throughout the year. Whether you’re joining us for worship, enrolling your child in preschool, or looking for ways to connect as a family, you’ll find that Trinity is a place where your whole family truly belongs.
Family First at Trinity
If you have children, they are always welcome in worship with us. We love having families together in our services and believe that children are an important and valued part of our church community. To help keep little hands and minds engaged during worship, please feel free to pick up a children’s activity bulletin for your child, which you’ll find conveniently located in the back of the worship areas.
If at any point during the service you feel your child needs a quieter space, a break, or a little extra room to move around, you’re more than welcome to use our family lounge. To find it, simply step back into the Gathering Space and head toward the restrooms. Our brand new family lounge is located inside the Library and is designed to be a comfortable, calm, and family-friendly space where you can still feel connected to the service while tending to your child’s needs. We’re grateful to have you and your family worshiping with us.
Faith Formation Classes & Youth Group
Trinity Lutheran Church is proud to offer Faith Formation classes at both Camp Hill and Dillsburg. Our classes at Camp Hill meet weekly and classes at Dillsburg meet once a month. Members and non-members are welcome to attend any of our classes.
Faith Formation (Sunday School) classes offer a welcoming and engaging environment where children and youth can grow in faith and deepen their understanding of Scripture. Through age-appropriate lessons, thoughtful discussion, and meaningful activities, children and youth explore the Bible and discover how God’s Word connects to everyday life.
Preschool at Trinity
Trinity Lutheran Church is proud to offer a warm, nurturing preschool program at both our Camp Hill and Dillsburg locations, providing young children with a strong foundation for learning, faith, and social development. Our preschool focuses on age-appropriate education that encourages curiosity, creativity, and confidence, all within a loving Christian environment. With caring, experienced teachers and thoughtfully designed classrooms, children are supported as they grow academically, emotionally, and spiritually.
