Your Gift of Worship Elements

Thank you for being so interested in remembering and honoring special people or life occasions by contributing toward the cost of worship elements used during services at Trinity. The cost of $50 covers all three of these components: altar flowers, communion elements, and the sanctuary lamp candles.

Each week we list the contributor(s) and the person(s) remembered or the occasion(s) honored with this wording:

The flowers in the Nave and Fellowship Hall, the communion elements for each service, and the sanctuary lamp candle that burns day and night as a symbol of God’s abiding presence are all presented to the glory of God and in loving memory of [name]. . . [or in honor of an occasion such as baptism or anniversary] by [name].

In order for us to include your listing on the requested date, we need the following:

• Make certain that we have your payment of $50 no later than the Sunday prior to the listing date. Be sure to indicate that the $50 is for “Worship Elements.” Checks should be made payable to Trinity Lutheran Church.
• Use the form to secure a date for your contribution. Or you may CLICK HERE for a hard copy of the request form. Print the form, complete it, and send it to the church, or drop it off in the church office during normal business hours.
